About The Practitioner

Michelle Daugherty Licensed Massage Therapist, attended Baker College of Clinton Twp. Michigan, earning her certification in Therapeutic Massage and continued her education at Irene's Myomassology Institute along with several courses accredited through the American Body works and Massage Professionals organization . She has also earned her certification as a  Reiki Master.

Michelle Has worked in many different massage settings, she worked for a chiropractic office for many years, has worked for massage spas and has also offered in-home massage as a travel massage therapist. The diversity of the settings and needs of the individuals have enriched Michelle's approach to working with her clients. 

Michelle's philosophy in massage therapy is; be present and attentive to each individuals unique needs. When asked why she became a massage therapist she said, "each living-being has a well-being residing inside them, it is a true privilege to work with an individual to bring out that well-being."
